FastLane Group charges a setup and monthly processing fee in accordance with our clients headcount. Employees will only be counted towards the headcount when they are onboarded. Payroll, EPF calculations, tax administration and related off-boarding / termination filing services are included in our monthly fee. Other advisory fees are based on fixed fee quotations on a case-by-case basis.

The CPF Board collects SHG contributions from employers on behalf of the SHGs. The SHG contribution rates based on the tier of Monthly Total Wages. Employers are required to deduct the SHG contributions from their employees’ wages and remit them to the CPF Board.

CPF is a compulsory social security savings scheme in that it requires both the employer’s and employee’s contributions. This is essentially a financial savings for Singaporeans and PRs some fund to withdraw upon retirement. It offers people enough resources to provide for their retirement, homes and health care.

Yes, employers must make monthly CPF contributions for their Singaporean and Permanent Resident (PR) employees.

  1. Register as an employer with the CPF Board. You can do this online or at any CPF Service Centre. You will need to provide your company’s name, address, and contact details, as well as your NRIC number.
  2. Submit your employees’ personal details to the CPF Board. This includes their names, NRIC numbers, and basic salaries. You can do this online or by submitting hard copies of the forms to the CPF Board.
  3. Deduct CPF contributions from your employees’ salaries. The CPF contribution rate is 37% of your employees’ monthly salaries. You will need to deduct 20% of their salaries and contribute another 17%.
  4. Remit the CPF contributions to the CPF Board. You can do this online or by submitting hard copies of the CPF contribution forms to the CPF Board.

The payment options available are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments. Any arrears in the last payment are to be cleared seven calendar days prior to a new wage period. Overtime payment shall follow fourteen calendar days after the wage period.
