The following are the steps on how to change your company secretary in Singapore:
- Pass a resolution at the company’s AGM or board meeting to change the company secretary.
- Give the company secretary at least 21 days’ notice of the change.
- File a notice of change with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
The notice of change must include the following information:
