What is Included in BVI Company Search
These documents are called BVI Companies search and they are issued by the BVI Registry of Corporate Affairs (or ROCA) either in paper or electronic form. More so, we incorporate copies of all the official papers signed by the company to the Registry.

- LP number
- Description of its current status
- Date of formation
- Current registered agent
- Current registered office address
- Contact details of the current registered agent (telephone/fax number)
- History of any previous names
- Transaction history
- Certificate history

Certificate Verification
As of the 1st of July, 2014, certificates from the Commission’s Registry of Corporate Affairs have an extra security feature.
